International Shipping Options

Standard International 8-13 business days • Your package will either be delivered by your local courier, UPS or DHL, depending on the package weight and destination. • Any applicable taxes, duties, and tariffs are the responsibility of the customer and are collected at delivery.
UPS International Economy 5-6 business days • A great option for fast delivery times at reasonable prices. • Any applicable taxes, duties, and tariffs are the responsibility of the customer and are collected at delivery.
UPS Worldwide Express 2-3 business days • Our fastest delivery option. • Any applicable taxes, duties, and tariffs are the responsibility of the customer and are collected at delivery.

Shipping rates are displayed in checkout, before you place your order. You can expect your order to ship out the same day it’s placed if ordered by 4pm EST on a Business Day. Orders placed on a Friday after 4pm EST or over the weekend will ship out the following Monday.* Please note: our carriers (UPS and DHL) do not consider the day your order leaves our warehouse to be a day in transit. For example, if you order on a Monday morning and we ship it on Monday with UPS Ground with delivery in three days, your package will be delivered on Thursday. UPS Worldwide Express and 2nd Day Air are exceptions to this rule (when available), where the day your order leaves our warehouse is considered a day in transit by UPS. Tracking information will be automatically emailed to you after your order ships. If you don't receive tracking information but believe your order should have already shipped, please check your Junk Mail email folder to see if our email to you is there. Packages are delivered without a signature required to provide greater customer convenience. Customers are responsible for stolen or misplaced packages. If you would like to have a signature required for delivery, please email Customer Service at hi@lander.la and we can add the requirement for a $5.00 if the order has not already been processed. International Orders: Customs, Tariffs, Duties, and Brokerage Fees

International orders may be subject to import fees, customs duties, value added taxes (VAT), etc.
• These costs are NOT included in the shipping costs you pay when you place your order with us.These costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be due upon delivery of your order.
• Lander cannot provide information about these fees. Please contact your customs office for detailed information.
• If you refuse a package at customs, customs will either destroy it or send it back to us (we have no control over this). If they destroy it, you will not be entitled to a refund. If they send it back to us, we will only refund you for the product(s) cost if the product is undamaged. We will not refund the cost of shipping the product or having the product shipped back to us.
